Hey, I’m LeQuita!
I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, in a loving Christian home. My faith is the foundation of who I am—I believe in the redeeming power of Jesus Christ and love encouraging others to stay positive, trust God, believe in themselves, and never give up. I’m big on spreading good energy and reminding people that God is always on time and still in control.
I’ve always had a wild imagination, and writing became my outlet through years of reading and dreaming alongside unforgettable characters. I mainly write fantasy, but I also explore psychological realism and science fiction. In 2022, I self-published my short story collection STUCK as part of my MFA from the University of Baltimore, and I’m currently working on my fantasy series, The Fairest of Valeera. You can also find some of my work on Wattpad, where I enjoy connecting with other writers and readers.
Outside of writing, I’m a proud Spider-Man fan, a foodie who loves cooking new recipes, and a full-on TV show binge-watcher.
