I am so excited for this series. I am happy that I changed the genre from young adult to new adult because now I have more freedom with my characters and with scenes. If you notice, this book cover is a tad bit darker in appearance. It's not that vibrant purple anymore. This speaks volume as to what will be occurring in book 2.
Mageia thought things would go back to normal by the end of book 1, but a shocking surprise at the end of that book proved otherwise. She's now going to face dangers beyond the discriminative borders of Ardania. How she ends up on the other side of the borders, out at sea, you will have to read to find out.
Dark themes are quickly approaching. If you thought living in Ardania was deadly and risky, wait until you enter other kingdoms in the Realm of Valeera.
For years now, I've imagined publishing books. I had hoped it would be with a traditional publishing company.
